Inauguration of the Sakal solar power plant
Kima Afrique took part in building the 20 MWp Sakal solar power plant, inaugurated in the presence of the President of the Republic.
The Sakal solar power plant, in the Louga region, was inaugurated in the presence of His Excellency Macky Sall and Cheikh Oumar Tall, managing director of Kima Afrique.
With a capacity of 20 MWp, the plant has 62,100 panels mounted on 240 trackers and is expected to generate 41,800 MWh per year — the consumption of 200,000 households.
